Michele Auer is an Associate Principal at BWA with 21 years of experience. She has experience with housing, higher ed, and adaptive reuse project types, and recently completed design on her first Passive House project. Michele strives to deliver sustainable, user-centered, and beautiful spaces that enhance their communities, and is an advocate for teaching and mentorship within the office.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Outside the office, Michele indulges her artsy side. She’s a member of the Great Woods Symphony Orchestra (viola) and is always looking for duet partners. She and her partner have built several temporary public art installations around Boston, and hope to create more in the future. In the meantime, maybe a ceramics class is next?
