BWA Architecture performed an assessment, follow-on design and construction administration services for the complete modernization of Newtowne Court. Renovations were designed to promote the owner’s goal for energy efficiency, sustainability design, minimizing operating costs and improving habitability and the tenant experience.
The Newtowne Court multi-family development consists of eight, 2-story brick walk-up buildings with 268 family apartments.
