BWA Architecture provided the Owner with initial lease plans and conceptual office layouts for potential corporate tenants. The project also included complete MEP systems upgrades, architectural and interior design, as well as full construction administration services for the comprehensive renovation of this corporate building first floor.

The new 18,500SF office space includes a show-room, 3 kitchen spaces, several private offices, conference rooms, “war rooms” and a large open plan office area. All spaces are acoustically designed and equipped to reduce environmental work noise; and they have all been designed to be ADA-compliant.
